Product characteristics：
Senrui Dahe series 4QX-1600 suspended silage harvester is designed for small and medium-sized plots and hilly areas. It is unrestricted by row harvesting, compatible with multiple brands of tractors, and completes the entire process of cutting, feeding, chopping, and throwing in one stop. It balances efficiency and energy consumption and is suitable for various silage crops such as whole corn stalks, Napier grass, and alfalfa, truly enabling efficient operation even on small plots.
Product introduction：
It adopts a double-disc saw blade cutter, which cuts cleanly and leaves a lower stubble, reducing crop waste; it is equipped with a two-roller floating feeder, which automatically adjusts the feeding gap to effectively avoid the header blockage; and it has a forward and reverse guide box that can quickly discharge material in case of blockage, ensuring continuous operation.
The throwing cylinder is equipped with a worm gear structure, which can rotate ±180° and precisely lock the angle. The throwing distance and direction of the forage are stable and controllable, and it can adapt to different material transport vehicle positions. It is equipped with a large-capacity collection box and a rear hydraulic unloading function, which can efficiently store and unload materials when the material transport vehicle cannot keep up, thus improving the team's coordination efficiency.
The core components are selected from imported NTN/NSK bearings and high wear-resistant red-label belts, which greatly reduces the failure rate and extends the service life of the whole machine; the machine body integrates a disposable oiler, making maintenance simple and convenient; the whole machine has passed ISO and CE certifications, and its quality meets international market standards, making it suitable for the needs of most countries around the world.
