Equipped with a 5.5kW pure copper national standard motor, this system delivers strong power output and stable operation, significantly improving bale compression density. This results in more compact bale fodder, effectively extending shelf life, reducing mold and spoilage, and providing reliable protection for subsequent storage, transportation, and feeding.
Features a 1.8-meter long patterned conveyor belt. The patterned design greatly enhances the friction between the fodder and the belt, resulting in faster and more even feeding, preventing slippage and clogging. The conveyor belt is made of wear-resistant material, offering excellent wear and aging resistance, extending its service life, and maintaining stable conveying efficiency even during long-term operation.
Equipped with an oil-water separator, this system effectively filters moisture from the air in humid and dusty field environments, while simultaneously providing precise oil lubrication to the cylinders. This reduces component corrosion and wear, lowers the probability of malfunctions caused by environmental factors, and ensures stable operation of the equipment under complex working conditions.
A dedicated electrical control box allows for precise control of core operations such as baling speed, bin opening and closing, and bale compression density. The user interface is simple and intuitive, with a reasonable button layout, allowing staff to quickly learn how to operate and set parameters.
